Hi, Dean. I must grow perennial sweet peas in partial shade, here in SW
Michigan. Otherwise, when it gets suffocatingly humid and over 90F, the
peas require constant watering, and develop mildew quickly. My shaded peas
are as nice as anyone's 'sunny' peas, and don't mildew till autumn.
