Susan, I think you dare try. It doesn't really like the Lower Midwest, but
I do know one person (the greenest thumb I ever saw) who grew it to
perfection in Bloomington. So I know it's possible. Go for it! When this
colleague brought in a few branches of the stuff I was bowled over. Wish I
had a spot for one, I'd try it myself. They are BEAUTIFUL. You might try
buying a plant from someone less expensive than Wayside...
