I have a neighbour that is plant manager at a large cigarette company and
he told that tobacco dust is the by-product of producing smokes. He told
that they have to dispose of tons of this material every year. He
unfortunately didn't know of a retail source for the dust. he also informed
me that nicotine is a powerful pesticide. Hope this helps.
