Tiarella

I planted 3 tiarella two years ago in an area that is pretty shaded - gets
some sun.  There are some euphorbia in the same bed that are doing well They
have done nothing - they have not gotten much bigger or spread and they did
not have any flowers.  I love the look of them - any ideas as to what the
problem might be?  As a matter of fact, I have lamium and heuchera in the
same bed - and none are really flourishing.
