Voles are a concern up to a point. Some people have a problem with them
eating plant roots. Mine have done very little damage; the neighborhood
cats keep their population down. If they come inside, my house cats take
care of them.

Moles should be left alone to do their thing, or encouraged to leave by
treating the soil with milky spore disease to eliminate the grubs they are
feeding on. They will then go elsewhere to make tunnels.
