Rust on native Arisaemas was a topic months ago - I believe someone who
seemed to know what they were talking about said there is not a cure as
yet, and cautioned people to use good sanitary practices (not walking
through the infected areas and then on to other parts of the garden,
cleaning tools before using them in another area, etc.) to avoid spreading
the rust.
