bleeding heart (dicentra) problem

  I have a number of everblooming bleeding hearts, probably Dicentra eximia "Luxuriant". Some of the older plants turn from their normal mid green to yellow and then gradually lose their vigor. Some die after a year or so. Can anyone give a diagnosis of the problem? Other species of plants growing nearby grow normally.
