I am having a huge headache with these and have been for several years. I
am mostly a let 'em alone gardener with regard to bugs but I am
reluctantly starting to spray for these. If your population gets out of
balance you'll know it-- leaves of many plants will get all stippled,
some of mine turn nearly white. Insecticidal soap won't work because you
have to hit the insect with that and they jump away too fast. I'm trying
Rotenone as it is less enduringly toxic than most insecticides.
