Can't find a plant called artillery fern but we did learn about a houseplant called pilea serpillacea "artillery plant" which looks like a fern.  Looks similar to the fluffy ruffles form of boston fern.
If this is what you have, it is a houseplant that wants low-moderate light and water.  Mealy bugs can be a major problem so watch it.
