If your plants are receiving at least four hours of full sun, they
should get about two thirds their full height
M. adagio should get about two feet tall with about a foot seperation
between the plant and the plumes.
M.Puenktchen (little dot) should get four to five feet  with about a two
foot seperation between the plant and plumes.
M. Dixieland is a dwarf form of M.Variegatus it gets about four feet
tall and about a foot seperation between plant and plumes.
M.Cosmopolitan gets about seven to eight feet tall with good seperation
between plant and seed head WARNING this plant can revert to solid green
and take over the plant, If tour looking for a great one try to find
yourself M. Cabaret or better yet just wach for that fed-ex truck it
will be coming.
I will say more about the grasses you asked about later.
About that P.Bissetti< Dont under estimate its ability to spread. get
yourself some aluminum chimney flashing about 14 inches wide spade open
a trench and install it around in a design that you like.
