That's the answer I was looking for. So if you
have acidic soil, fine to use wood ash (except
around the acid lovers), but if you already have
alkaline soil, be careful of use?
Wood ashes have alot of
nutrients-potassium,phosphorus and calcium.
They
also are very alkaline, so you don't want to use
much around acid loving
plants.
