Re: [SG] Something Odd

Hate to tell the "sister", but I've never heard such a load of hooey in my
entire life:-) Never have read even a breath of rumor to this effect.
Only possible - really off the wall - connection I can make is with the old
wives tale that you shouldn't have flowers in a bedroom because the "steal"
the oxygen while you sleep....people actually used to remove the flowers
for the night.

People do come up with the oddest bits of rules and regs, don't they?

Of course, there are gardens that don't feature flowers - many Italian and
French gardens are primarily grass, shrubs, trees, water features and
statuary. But, IMO, a garden without flowers is NOT a garden and a garden
is what surrounds a house - or at least it should.
