Greetings,
I tried the above plant from Heronswood this year, and early on
broke off one of its two stems. Sigh. They were about 18" had they
been standing up, and the flowers were light blue ("pewter" says the
catalogue), proportionately narrow - a scant one inch to about 2-
1/2" long, with a long sword-like pistil in the center. Later this
ripened to a 3--pronged tip. Pretty amazing. Foliage was minimal;
hopefully more next year.
