Milk weed

Good evening to all:

I hope that the Holiday was a good one for all, and the turkey recuperation is
complete.

I have seeds from an annual milkweed that has small light blue flowers with
darker blue spots inside.  A blue jewel.  My question is how does one store
the plume-like seeds and what are the planting conditions for germination?
