Action and Over-reaction Plan (Was Re: Importing plants)


Connie,

I am not councelling complacency, and I don't think Bobbie is, either.  I
agree with you that we need to be fully informed and that we do need to
make our views known. I simply urge that anyone who is concerned read the
information on the Action Plan web site and think it over with an open
mind, then contact the appropriate person, agency or representative to
register an opinion if they wish.

Whether I agree with you or not on the potential dangers of the action
plan, it does not serve any cause if we express opinions that are not taken
seriously because they are full of half truths and reactivity.
