compost thanks

        Thanks for all the useful information about compost, including ways
to store and unload it. The discussion made me realize that the setting for
your garden (urban, suburban, country), the size of your total land (less
than an acre in town usually up to many acres in the countryside), and the
age/number/gender and free-time status of the gardeners (working versus
retired) may all be factors in which projects are done and how they are
done.
        In my case, I'm exceedingly lucky, because, even though I'm
middle-aged, work full-time and have other hobbies, and live in town, we do
quite a few ambitious gardening projects because my husband loves the hard
work part of it!
