Hi Gardeners,
This is the first time I am having a problem with WOODCHUCKS . I live in a
suburban community about 25 mi. west of Manhatten and this is the first time I
am having a problem We have always had the occasional racoon or skunks ,
always squirrels by the numbers but these chucks. I have captured 3 and
thought I was finished but now this morning saw the grandaddy of them all.
Does anyone know how many usually live in a hole or constitute a family? any
info would be appreciated. I cannot shoot them and cannot find the other
escape hole , I am sure there are other entrances in someone elses yard
so I cannot smoke them out, Just wondering how many I can expect to trap.
Janet zone 6 25 mi. w of NYC
