Right you are Stephen,
        Monkshood, Wolfbane was used as a poison throughout the ages. It was
placed inside rolled up strips of meat to get rid of wolves thus the
"Wolf...bane". The Roman army poisoned the wells behind them as they
marched through conquering territories using Aconitum. It truly is nothing
to play around with and should be respected.
        Having said that, so is Digitalis and many other perennials we grow in the
garden every day.
