Two more small packets were mailed today to: Iril
Kolle, Bjorkvang, 2338 Espa, NORWAY <= containing the following freshly
harvested, dried & cleaned HOSTA seed:
- my "NO SLUG" series; selected pod-parents numbered: 3, 4, 9, 11 & 15
- Let's Streak (F4) selected pod-parent has red pods, scapes & petioles
- Let's Streak ..the F5 generation.
- Fragrant Bouquet (F1); Summer Fragrance (F1)
- clausa normalis species (F1)
- ventricosa species (F2) asexual pollination, Tetraploid, reproduces true
to parent, having dark green leaves and deep purple florets, fairly large
growing and has simply'HUGE seed-pods
- Sun Power (F1); Piedmont Gold (F1) ..yellow leaf pod-parents
- Mildred Seaver (F2) striated large-leaf pod parent
- Lemon Lime (F3) Line Bred ..seed from bright yellow leaf selects
(provides small yellow leaf edgers)
-venusta species (F1) miniature
-Green Piecrust (F2) from selected green leaf piecrusty pod-parents
-Green Piecrust (F2) from selected yellow piecrust pod-parents
-Permanent Wave (F1)
-Frances Williams (F1) will provide blue-leaf offspring
-tenryu species (F1)
-Perry's True Blue (F2) ...Line Bred, to improve germination & blueness
-tokudama Tetra (F2) ...F1 seed was from Peter Ruh
-Blue Splendor (F2)
-Yellow River (F1)
-Piecrust Power (F1)
-montana Choko Nishiki (F2) ..seed from selected limey-yellow plants
-White Vision (F2) ..seed from a selected yellow leaf pod-parent
and for the heck of it Iril? ..I enclosed some COLEUS 'Rainbow Series' (an
annual) to show ya what hosta leaves should look like eh? <lol> The seeds
are yours to do with as you please and I only started cleaning seed a week
