Gerry, this American kid doesn't know about shooting plantain flower
heads. Maybe it doesn't grow in CA. Tell us more!
The foot connection is v. intg. Of course, we've all heard of plantar
warts, on the sole of the foot. Hopefully none of us have had them! I
believe they're painful.
