Crinum


There are several bulb merchants that now carry Crinums. Brent and Becky's
Bulbs (used to own Daffodil Mart) have them in their current catalog. TyTy
Nursery down in Georgia has carried them for years. Crinums are a bit
pricey compared to the more common bulbs, but only a bit more the
Amaryllis. $4.50 or so for the more common ones. Some are hardy into USDA
zone 7.

Colors are a lot like Amaryllis (related): white, pink, red and stripes.

Roberta, I think that you have these confused with Clivia. Now THOSE are
expensive!
