Regarding wolves: yes, I think we have a "say". There is very little federal
land in NYS, the land in question is NYS Adirondack Agency Park land. NYS is
very political and debates things endlessly. If there is a negative public
response, there will probably be no wolves. Further on in Maine, for
instance, there is much federally owned land and that could be decided
differently. I have no idea why there should be wolves or not wolves. Mark
is correct in that it is being discussed.
