Re: animals underground

They don't work, and neither does Gophers Purge (or Gopher Spurge -- I've
seen both versions for sale). The last gopher that came into our yard must
have brushed through the roots of the Gopher Spurge (can't find the
botanical name for that offhand, but I think it's a Euphorbia). Killer
traps or poison are all that work.

Thanks to everyone who made suggestions about our herbivorous underground
animals. Must be gophers. Has anyone used those stakes that go in the
ground and send out a signal every few seconds? I have used them for about
3 years now, and it seemed to possibly keep them away at first. But now I
dont think the critters pay any attention to them.
