Re: [SG] Welcome

Many thanks.  Long Grove is about 40 miles NW of Chicago (20 miles
further than O'Hare but in that direction-north of Arlington Heights).
It is a pretty, somewhat artificial tourist town, but we are fortunate
to live in the oldest house there, next to a covered bridge..  It was
once a milller's home and there is a creek running by on the other side
of the dirt road which must have been bigger once as it served a grist
mill.
