Bobbie,
What we call Horsetails here in Delaware is a green plant like a miniature
bamboo. Only a couple of feet tall, not much more than pencil thick, loves
to grow in wet ditches, seems to spread by an underground rhizome, I have
never seen a flower, a very ancient plant.
I have planted a small amount in my garden. Goes good with ferns.
