RE: modern "stronger" Siberians?

Have been mulling over the ideas on trialing new cvs... Mostly, I've been 
wondering how to test plants without running into all the problems. People 
falling off the face of the earth once they've got the plant, or if they do 
answer, not knowing the ph of their garden, etc..

I suspect a few people forget they're supposed to be critical and are 
embarrassed to say that a plant doesn't do well for them!

Is there some way we could enlist people with a variety of growing 
conditions who we could count on? Perhaps start a database of people who 
would trial plants?
