Re: OTP - Iris ruthenica

I have transplanted my ruthenicas some times and I support meaning of Marty.
If in the same garden I prefer spring replanting as you can control well
until divisions are well established. replanting after bloom? Maybe, because
new root growth begin, but there must be well established proportion of
leave cut to balance with roots. If weather is sunny make shade screen for
two weeks whenever you replant. This year I have for replanting ruthenica
too and the part was digged out, but because of very hot weather I stopped
and I must think when to continue. I will inform latter you about my
results.
