Siberian Popularity Poll

Hello - there is a Siberian Iris Popularity Poll conducted annually and I
have a query about it. I was made aware when I was typing the new member
list for the Spring TIS that we do have iris clubs that are members of
SSI. There was one that was listed in the last issue as a new 'member'.
On the iris-talk list, we have been discussing that affiliates (clubs) do
or can have a vote in the AIS Symposium Balloting (for TBs). This is also
referred to as the AIS Popularity Poll.
Do our local clubs also have a vote in our Siberian Popularity Poll? I can
contact Barbara Schmeider who has been doing it for us but she has been
ill and I hesitate to bother her with it. I thought if somebody knew the
answer on this list, it would be helpful.
