Ellen: I can't say definitely that I "know the answer" as to whether affiliates who belong to the Sib. society have a vote in the Sib. popularity poll, but I know that I never received a ballot for this during the years I was pres. of the Siouxland Iris Society, which has had membership in the Sib. socirety for several years. I think one could generalize from this and draw the conclusion that there is no affiliate vote in the Sib. poll.
