Deb, that means that it took from Nov. 12th to Dec. 4th (over 3
weeks) in the US Postal System. All US domestic mail was sent
out the same day, same bulk mailing. The 2002 Fall TSI arrived
first in Washington state in under 10 days, I think. I am aiming
for 2 week delivery. It boggles the mind.
Ellen (with below zero temps yesterday {-1.5 F, -19 C} but
warmed up enough to SNOW today :-)
