(considering they don't get enough water) or have bloomed.

I. fulva dwarf
None of these has been in the garden for more than 3 seasons. Some were
eaten down to the ground by gophers the first year and most are planted in
good but not great soil.
With mulch, compost, and enough water any of these should do well in a z
4-5 area.
