I have a Iris similar to this and did not know exactly what it was, 
did some looking in The Louisiana Iris book edited by Marie Caillet 
and Joseph K. Mertzweiller and found a iris that looked similar to it 
and it was called Louis Austin(Arceneaux). Maybe someone can tell me 
if it does look similar. It does like to grow close to the ground, 
and grows very well. It showed real well with four open blooms and a 
big zig-zag in the stalk. Would appreciate a reply.
