Greg, I don't know the reliable source you seek, but I have what I have labeled as PERRY'S BLUE, a very large clump of it. My ID is based on the late Larry Harder's seeiing it years ago and saying, "That looks like PERRY'S BLUE." I figured if Larry thought that it probably was correct, as he was so very knowledgeable. Nobody who has seen it has ever challenged the identification. I would be happy to send you a good sized piece if you would like to see for yourself.
