Hello everyone!
I have also found I can transplant established Siberian Iris at any time of
the growing season with great results.
Bare root material is different. I have some difficulty (not impossible) with
Spring delivery of plants from a zone greater than mine. Example: zone 6 or
7 to my zone 4. Otherwise Fall delivery is the most successful.
