Hi Bill, the judges are the checks and balances in this system.  If a judge 
thinks an iris is registered in the wrong class, don't vote for it.  This 
goes for any class.  The hybridizer registers a plant in a class, and part of 
the judge's responsibility is to decide if it's the right one.   Take care,
