Hi Christy:
Kathy Guest here.... where the JI's are in GLORIOUS bloom!
I don't understand what you need to know about the JI falls, but I'll try to
help if I can. Generally speaking, there's nothing remarkable about that
area that I'm aware of - but there's certainly more astute people out there
than kathyguest.
If you've been asking on the regular iris list, I'm no longer on that.
Now.... it has to be said - if you folks don't grow Bauer & Cobles
ROSEWATER, than your life is hardly worth living. This is the most delicate
shade of lavender and pale rose - a classic 3-fall, but of the form where the
falls tip up towards the hafts like a Victorian lady holding up her skirts.
I can barely tear myself away to sleep and eat.
And, of course, I am anxiously awaiting bloom on my namesake, MUFFINGTON -
and I hope they're standing by with the defibrillators when that day arrives.
Kathyguest - who may EVEN get out the digital camera this weekend and fire
off a few pictures.
