I think Harold Peters wrote the original message here. In upstate NY, zone 4
mountains, we have yet to see one Siberian bloom. We started spring with an
absolutely dry April following the snowmelt. It looked like another dry
summer season when the skies opened and it has not stopped raining for more
than ten days. If the Siberians get around to bloom they will be doing so in
rain being not especially pleasant to observe.
