Well Christy,
A second bud opened and it was the same 'muted' yellow falls as the first. However, it is
very cold here and rainy and I blame the weather since the first bloom's falls are now
its normal creamy white. Besides, the second 'yellow falls' was on a separate rhizome. It
is fast turning creamy white, too. Gotta experience this climate to believe it...it is a
wonder anything dares to bloom here. :-)
No other Siberians took the plunge...not even 'Little Blue Sparkler' (Snow Prince's full
sibling). But it is coming along..same as 'Shaker's Prayer' and my pink seedling and also
'Indy' and they look like the next batch to show their colors here in the tundra.
