I have never found that I could overwater any Siberians or Japanese irises.
I do hand bucket or hose watering. I do not have any soaker hoses underground..
and I do not have over 300 irises that like/need water to thrive. :-)
Ellen (thinking that I am inching up to the 350 mark with my new irises but
most of those on order are bearded...)
