siberians and water

Many years ago I planted some unnamed siberians in the back of our yard,
as held plants until I could determine what they were. That was 10
years ago and the area is completely flooded all spring. I can't get in
to move them until well into summer so I never have. It's shady so they
don't bloom well but they thrive and multiply. Go figure.
