(We have two pending applications and they were both sent
letters..similar to this one. One has been pending for two days
and one for one day. Nothing yet from either.)

Hello - you have applied for membership to the Sibrob (Siberian
iris mailing list). Before any approval can be given these are
the initial requirements:
1) first and last name
2) location (the area in which you live)
3) if you are using a free mailing list (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.),
your ISP is required information
4) why you would like to join a Siberian iris list
5) anything else that you feel is pertinent re Siberian irises
and/or the Sibrob list
6) this application is pending for 7 days - if no reply is
received the application is rejected
