It's not just the appearance of Alley Oops that's convincing. :-)

Since I was doing some chromatagrams on other pseudacorus hybrids this
spring I thought I'd run a sample of AO just for fun. It clearly showed the
same pigments present in pseudacorus and Siberian.

For anyone wanting something unique, AO can't be beat. It's beautifully
behaved in the garden but loves a swampy environment. In a clump, it's
breathtaking.
