As is true for Harold Peters, our sibs planted in a display garden that
gets partial shade do generally bloom later than those planted in full
sun, though by not more than a week. This spring, however, those getting
shade bloomed and are blooming with those receiving full sun. And this
season, as I mentioned in an earlier post, mid season cultivars were quick
to bloom on the heels of the early season cultivars and some late-season
sibs are already in bloom.
