Welcome and so Glad you're going to be in IA. Sure hope they have a good
convention. In my protected inside courtyard I have had siberians in bloom
for over 6 days and Snow Prince for a good 2 wks., in fact about bloomed out.
May 22, I was at Old Douglas and Shaker's Prayer was just beginning and
Linda Mary, Illini Dame, My Love (probably a few days, I. typhifolia had a
few blooms a few pinks didn't spend time to figure out what they were.
Thought I'd go today, but won't. Planting annuals. Need to work on a large
flower arrangement for State Convention 2 days after IA, so need to get
cracking. Anna Mae, 4 yr. clumps of Aqua Whispers, Lilting Laura, Roaring
Jelly look good, 2 yr. planting of Lady Walpole, Ships are Sailing and Mary
Louise Michie since 5-18
