Hi,

I happened to 'get' my I. delavayi from a general nursery not a iris
specialty garden. I was ordering plants and I came across this and
decided to take a chance. I also 'got' I. albertii (bearded species)
there....from Heronswood in Washington state. I think they are on the
'net. This was a few years ago and I couldn't find the catalogues in a
cursory search. I. delavayii is available - ask Greg McCullogh at Iris
City Gardens (icity@msn.com). He is a member of this list. I. delavayi
is blue (at least mine was :).

Cheers,

Ellen (who is writing from the Yahoogroups Sibrob page since I haven't
received any Sibrob mail in a day and a half and have to read it here)
