Hello sibrobians,
Today I have examined my Siberians and made first notes about growth
and time of start. If there can be some interests for others I put
here result of start in 5 grade system. 5/ is earliest to start and 1/
latest. The next number /5, /4 and so on, show how strong clump is
after wintering, how many new shoots are coming up and how friendly
they grow (there are cases when all shoots are of the same high,
others are of different high in the same clump and looks some
disorderly). From that modest data is visible, that tetraploids are less
strong growers than diploids in our area and they are slower starters
except some. But it not means that they can't overtake others. Last year
Over In Gloryland was excelent in summer, but this year started not so
good along my hopes.
There are not my all siberians, but most popular.
