ADMIN: vote on attachments to the list?

Hello
I have attached a copy (sent as inline text not as an
attachment) so you can make your judgments as you see fit. I am
completely flabbergasted and am out of my depth on this. This is
the reason that a lot of mailing lists either don't allow
attachments or have them go to the Yahoogroup pages (sibrob).
There is NO question that Jack did not have any part in this - I
am also contacted Yahoogroups just for information and why their
built-in Norton scanner did not pick this up.
Any thoughts from anybody? I will not be around today....
