Bob,
Does the pollen size rule apply to MTB's with respect to diploids and
tetraploids? With a low powered microscope (60x) you can see the
difference in pseudacorus and ensata diploid and tetraploid pollen. In
both species, the diploid pollen is about 0.1 mm long and the tetraploid
is about 0.14 mm long. The only reason I know is because I recently got
a new toy.....
