Re: Digest Number 779

G'day All,
Old grower but new member to the Sib Robin.

Even the used RHS color charts are relatively expensive. Using
http://www.bookfinder.com/ I came up with a few, old used copies at

http://www.bookfinder.com/search/?author=&title=&new_used=*&binding=*&isbn=&;
keywords=horticulture+color+chart&min_price=&max_price=&classic=on&submit=Be
gin+Search&currency=USD&mode=advanced&st=sr&ac=qr

As a soil moist substitute I have used the crotches of disposable diapers in
planters. Every once in a while K-Mart and similar stores will have a good
sale on diapers.

A iris grower friend once mailed me some plants done up in a diaper; best
quality sibs ever received. I have been known to use those "pot holder"
gloves for the same purpose.

Take care,
Jack
