no blooms

I have a siberian iris that is six years old and always bloomed. Two
years ago I divided into three parts: one half and two quarters. I
replanted all three in a row several feet apart. The first year
nothing bloomed. This year, The two quarter sized plants bloomrd
beautifully, but the larger half plant didn't flower at all, The soil
and all other growing conditions are identical.
Any help would be appreciated
